Return & Exchange Policy

 

Our 30-day return policy is below for your reference.
 

We offer a 100% refund of the total amount you paid up to 30 days of receiving your delivery.
 
Even if the product has been opened! You will be responsible for covering the return shipping cost only.
 
Please follow these simple steps to initiate a return:

 

  1. Place the items you wish to return into a shipping box.

  2. Send the packing slip from your original order

You can use any delivery service (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc), but please make sure you get a tracking number and hold on to your receipt to ensure that you still get a refund even if your return package is lost or delayed. Do NOT write “Return to Sender” or “Refused” on the package.
 
Please send us an email at customerservice@honigs.com with the tracking information after you mail your return.
 
Our warehouse will keep an eye out for your package and let us know so that we can issue your refund.
